Return Policy

Regular Priced Merchandise

You may return Regular Priced items for a refund to either the original method of payment or store credit within 14 days from the shipping date. In this case, if you choose to refund to the original method of payment, a $8 return shipping fee will be deducted. However, returns for store credit are eligible for free return shipping. 
Within 30 days from the shipping date, you can exchange your item or return for store credit deducting the $8 return shipping fee. 
After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current Regular Priced item for a refund.

Sale Merchandise

Within 14 days from the shipping date, sale items marked with a discount less than 50% can be exchanged or returned for store credit deducting the $8 return shipping fee. Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.  

Return & Exchange Conditions

For all returns or exchanges:

  • Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • You must present a valid receipt.

We are not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card deducting the $8 return shipping fee. 

Prepare your return 

Please contact us at customerservice@heyjoanie.com to submit your return request. In your email, please include the details of the items you would like to return. We would appreciate if you could also share with us the reason for your return. Once the request is processed, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for your handling.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and, on the approval, or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 1-5 business days for your return to be processed.
